TO OUR VALUED FIRST-GENERATION CONTROL UNIT OWNERS

We have received some concerned calls regarding our recent announcement of the official retirement of the first-generation Game Ready control unit (manual and pre-programmed models) and our associated discontinuation of service and repair of those units after June 30, 2011.

Several months ago, one of our key suppliers informed us that they would no longer be able to manufacture critical components of the first-gen control unit after June 2011. Unfortunately, without needed replacement parts, we will not be able to service this product.

We share your frustrations with this predicament. We are doing our best to ease the transition of this product’s retirement through our “Trade-In and Trade-Up” program, which enables you to upgrade your Game Ready Control Unit to the latest model at a discounted price.

There are a two key points to keep in mind while going through this transition:

• All control units can be sent in for preventative maintenance servicing until June 30, 2011, if you are not ready to make a new purchase.

• This discontinuation affects the control unit only: all of your wraps, hoses, and other accessories are completely compatible with the newer version Game Ready control unit and would not need to be replaced if you choose to upgrade in the future.
